September 19, 2002. It's the middle of my road trip, but sadly, my last day of hiking. I have arrived to the Badlands just before the sunrise, after a particularly nasy day. It was rainy and windy all day and all night. The wind, however, blew away the clouds, and the day turned out to be crystal clear. During my hike, I ran across numerous muddy areas. Here's some of the over 100 pictures I have taken.
